Service Description. This Site describes Drywall Installation, Electrical Repair, Exterior Painting, Fence Installation, Flooring Installation, Gutter Installation, Interior Painting, Plumbing Repairs provided by Second Chance LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Second Chance LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Second Chance LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Damages. Second Chance LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Second Chance LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under KS law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in KS for any related dispute.

Modifications. Second Chance LLC may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
